How it all started...
Calvary Chapel is an independent church in New Buffalo, Michigan. We are affiliated with the Calvary Chapel Movement originating in the 1970's with Pastor Chuck Smith.
The Lord brought us to New Buffalo following a motorcycle accident within feet of the front of the building that changed our lives. What began as a bible study in an empty church building in 2014, the Lord grew into a church. In 2017 the church building was purchased by Calvary Chapel New Buffalo.
Acts 16:5 "So the Churches were strengthened in the faith and grew daily in numbers."

Meet Pastor Len and his wife.
My wife Cathy and I have been enjoying the New Buffalo community since the 1990's. Following our recovery from a motorcycle accident that happened on the Red Arrow Highway in 2011, we were excited to expand the Calvary Chapel movement to the harbor of Harbor Country. God had placed a call to service on our hearts that day and surrounded us with Godly influences that brought us to plant this church.
The fellowship at CCNB has been a blessing beyond measure. They are people who love and serve the Lord with all their hearts. Over the years we have also been blessed to meet and partner with other organizations in the community with servant hearts toward New Buffalo and the surrounding areas.
We pray for the community we serve and hope you will stop in to meet us.
